Turkey Cups

  • Eggs
  • Turkey sandwich slices
  • Thin sliced colby jack cheese
  • Pepper
  • Dill
  • Pam
  • Nonstick muffin tin


  1. Pam a nonstick 12 cup muffin tin.
  2. Preheat an EMPTY ;) oven to 325.
  3. Place one slice of turkey into each muffin tin.
  4. Crack one egg on top of each turkey slice.
  5. Place one small slice of cheese on each egg.
  6. Bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and use a spoon to plate the turkey cups.
  8. Sprinkle with pepper and dill to taste and serve a little warm.
