I thought of this today after feeling guilty over a major binge eating session at a Paris themed tea house.  I wrote out a bunch of motivational quotes and reminders and was posting them around the house when this popped into my head: "WWJD?  What Would Jillian Do?"  So, I decided to share it with you all as it really helped put things into perspective a bit.
