I wonder if he made it.
Since I messed up my knee I haven't been getting in nearly as much exercise as I am used to. ie. 1-1 1/2 hours a day, but I've been doing a little here and there to keep fit. Pushups (full, as I can't put pressure on my knee. Sort of a blessing in disguise I suppose, since I've been doing half-pushups), situps, crunches, and leg lifts have been keeping me moving. This injury hasn't stopped me, what are you letting stop you?
