My UGW!

So, I've reached my goal weight.  Yeah, I weigh in at 115 and have lost a total of 23 pounds.  I feel a relief that I'm down to what I've set for myself, but I in no way feel like I have 'arrived' at happiness or that I should stop my healthy lifestyle because this was a lifeCHANGE.  I've been happy with my body for a long time, I felt like I owed it more since it does so much for me.  I started feeding it healthier foods and giving it regular exercise.  If you'd like to read about my exercise past, you can here.

I love Insanity and am currently on Round Two and Month Two.  Since I'm to the size I wanted to be, I'm going to treat myself to some new clothes and a pedicure this Tuesday.  :)  I'm working on my six pack as well as some toning in my upper arms.  My arm goal is for visible muscles and my ab goal is for 'sit down abs'.  My butt is looking great and my legs are sore as I speak, but wonderful.  I"m going to take measurements tomorrow morning and share them, but I couldn't wait to tell you all about this!  I'm proud of myself and extremely impressed by what my body can do.  Today was a fit test and the start of Month 2 Max Insanity and after the fit test I was tired, but I kept going and after the cool down of  the Max Interval Circuit I was shocked at my endurance level.
